About the survey

A population survey counts how many people are in the area.

This survey asks about the people and if they use services.

The Social services and Wellbeing Act says we need to find out:

• Who needs support

• What support is needed

• What support carers need

• If we are offering the support needed

• If we are offering support in Welsh

The survey has to be done every 5 years.

The survey will be finished by March 2022.

It is important we find out what people who use services in West Wales think.
